new alias field for Sensor (maybe also Instrument?)

Kitty Kam is manually tracking the different names that sensors appear as in her datasets, mapping them back to one desired name. Higher levels of VOS data processing will require this lookup, which we could achieve with a new field in the sensor (and maybe instrument) objects.
