Staging

1. added test function for most query functions
2. fix a bug about getting all instrument instead of a period of instrument
3. make sensor on instrument table show on main page.
4. added the platform name filter for sensor on instrument list page
5. create a new sensor will auto generate a sensor on instrument table
6. change the sensor on instrument's verbose name as sensor on instrument history
