OTN Partner Nodes / ipython-utilities
Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike 4.0 InternationalThis project contains the set of NodeBooks that OTN data managers use to prepare raw acoustic telemetry data and metadata for ingestion into an OTN Database or Node. The operation of these workflows is detailed in the Node Manager Training curriculum, https://ocean-tracking-network.github.io/node-manager-training/ Data curated in this way will feed an OTN Database Node, currently deployable via https://gitlab.oceantrack.org/otndc/otn-runner/ and is subjected to periodic verification by OTN data managers using the DB Verification workflows: https://gitlab.oceantrack.org/otn-partner-nodes/verification-methods and https://gitlab.oceantrack.org/otn-partner-nodes/full-database-checks
