To export Tag Metadata, click on the “Tag List” on the left side under the “Forms” header
The “Run Report” icon at the top of the “Tag List” form will open all tags in a new sheet in an Access default format
This can then be exported as an Excel Spreadsheet by clicking the “Excel” Icon at the top of the screen. You can then change the file name and format as needed
You can also combine reports by date, by selecting a range of dates (tags deployed to and from…) and run a report to show ONLY those tags. This can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet as previously done.
The Deployment Shortform can be viewed by selecting “Run Report” from the “Deployment List” tab at the top of the screen. This will only show completed deployment records with retrievals. This form can also be filtered by date and all forms can be exported as an Excel Spreadsheet and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or uploaded to your folder at www.researchworkspace.com
To upload data to the node, Log into your Research Workspace and find your array folder.
Select the “To Be Filed” folder and select “Add Files” within that
Select the Deployment form and your downloads by “dragging and dropping” into your Research workspace folders.
Lastly, to get Sensor metadata, within the “Deployment List” tab, select the “Sensor Only Deployments and Retrievals” icon. The list will only show sensors that have completed deployments, ig: have been deployed and retrieved.
Select the “Run Sensor Report” to view the Sensor Deployment Shortform. This can also be exported to Excel
