Merging maugerme's comments into the main OTN TMB repository.

I’ve added comments on the meaning of mgc and the gradients and on the
warnings comes out of E6.

These are the last set of new comments and code on the SSM files.

Commiting via R Studio.

I have added comments, change the structure, and added a few line of
code to some of ssm files Christoffer created at the workshop. I’ve
added the change directly to the file this time.

Change the .gitignore line for ignore the R project files.

This is part to test the branching system.

I’ve changed directly to the files from Christoffer. Most of the
changes are comments that explain the model.

Add/Change the flags to the c++ compile function, so we don’t get
warnings for unused variables.

I have added the R project files created by R studio in the list of
files to ignore.

The .gitignore allows to ignore all the files that are not important to
keep track of. Here I’ve added .o and .co files to the list of
.gitignore files as these are files created when compiling the c++ code.

Removed more of the .so and .o file that are produce when the c++ code
is compiled.

Adding solution code with comments

Added the folder SolutionsWithComments, which contains commented solutions to the exercises from the workshop. This code is largely based on Christoffer's code found in folder Solutions. But I've added tons of comments and have used slightly different functions and code for some of the questions. I've created a different folder from Christoffer's because I think it's pretty helpful to have both to compare. However, please add comments/correct my code directly.

Adding my commented and altered version of Christoffer’s code for the
TMB example into a new folder in GitLab.
